Eligibility Criteria 🎯

| Educational Qualification | Master's degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university. NET/SLET/SET qualification conducted by UGC/CSIR (or equivalent) is mandatory. Ph.D. degree holders (as per UGC norms) are exempted from NET/SLET/SET. A 5% marks relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH categories. |

Exam Details
The preliminary exam will be of 150 marks with 120 objective-type questions, with 30 questions on general studies and 90 questions on the candidate's chosen subject, except for mathematics which will have 70 questions. The main exam will consist of 20 questions worth 200 marks. Merit list will be based on main exam and interview marks.
