Exam Purpose

The AFCAT 02/2025 exam is for recruitment into the Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches of the Indian Air Force. The courses commence in July 2026.

Flying Branch: 20-24 years (born between July 2, 2002, and July 1, 2006). A relaxation up to 26 years is applicable for candidates holding a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL). Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical): 20-26 years (born between July 2, 2000, and July 1, 2006).
